Yes. Our copywriting service means we can take care of scripting, storyboarding, voiceover, and animation from start to finish. Many clients come to us with just a rough idea and we handle everything from there.

It depends on the scope. A brand explainer video typically takes 14–21 working days from a confirmed brief. More complex projects with multiple assets may take longer. We'll always give you a clear timeline upfront and stick to it.

As much or as little as you have. A rough description of what you need is enough to get a conversation going. Helpful extras include:

• A script or key messages (if you have them)
• Examples of styles you like
• Your target audience and where the content will be used

We include two rounds of revisions as standard on all projects. Additional revisions can be arranged if needed. We find that with a clear brief and our concept-approval stage, most projects come in well within this.

Yes. Once the project is complete and paid, full ownership of the final files passes to you. We'll deliver everything in the formats you need.

We deliver in whatever formats your project requires — typically MP4, MOV, or GIF for video, and PNG, SVG, PDF, or AI for design work. Just let us know where and how you'll be using the files and we'll make sure they're ready to go.

Yes — we typically require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion. Full payment terms will be confirmed in your project agreement.
